This personal data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy), developed in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" N 152-FZ, applies to all information that Geoscan ltd. can obtain about the user of the company's website, software product or products, distributed by the Company.

1.1.5. User - a person who has access to and uses the Company Site / person acquiring (having an intention to purchase) a software product or products distributed by the Company.
1.1.6. Site – the website of the Company, located on the www.geoscan.show domain.
1.1.7. Cookies - a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on the user's computer by the user's web browser while the user is browsing.

 

2. General regulations
2.1. Use of the Site of the Company by User means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.
2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Site.
2.3. The Company does not control and is not responsible for third party sites which the User can visit by clicking on the links available on the Site.

4.1.2. Identification of the User for ordering purposes and (or) entering into a sales contract.
4.1.3. Granting the User access to the personalized resources of the Site.
4.1.4. Confirmation of the authenticity and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.
4.1.5. Notifications of the User of the Site on the status of the Order in online store.

5. Methods and terms of processing personal information
5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including personal data processing in information systems using automatic tools or without using such services.
5.2. The User agrees that the Company has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, particularly – to the courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, solely for the purpose of the User's ordering purposes, including the delivery of the goods.
5.3. The personal data of the User can be transferred to the government bodies of the Russian Federation only in the order established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4. The Company takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
5.5. The Company with the User jointly takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or leakage of the User's personal data.

 

6. Obligations of the parties
6.1. The User is obliged to:
6.1.1. Provide the personal data necessary for the use of the Site.
6.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information in case of its changing.
6.2. The site administration is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in cl. 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure secrecy and privacy of the kept confidential information, not to disclose it without the written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose other personal data of the User, except for cl. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the measures normally taken to protect such information in the existing business practice.
6.2.4. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of the request made by the User or by his legal representatives or by authorized protection of the rights of the subjects of personal data bodies for the verification period, in case of revealing unreliable personal data or illegal actions.

 

7. Final regulations
7.1. The Company has the right to amend this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
7.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided for in the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
